Rheto, the operator of FlexiPedia ("we", "us", or "our"), explains below how user information is handled in FlexiPedia (the "Service").
1. Information We Handle and How It Is Used
In addition to information you enter or submit, information may be collected and transmitted automatically through third-party SDKs and other services, depending on the features and settings you use.
- Books, items, images, and other content you create: This information is used to store, display, and edit your content. When you use backup or data transfer features, the relevant data is sent to storage services such as Firebase or iCloud. When you export or share content, it is provided to the destination or recipient you select.
- Authentication information: Email addresses, user IDs, and other information used for accounts such as backup accounts are used for authentication, account management, backup, and restoration.
- Purchase information: Purchase history, transaction information, subscription status, and purchase management identifiers are used to provide paid features and verify or restore purchases.
- Advertising information: Third-party services may use device identifiers, information about ad impressions and interactions, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, and device and app information to serve ads, measure advertising effectiveness, prevent fraud, and analyze and improve their advertising services.
- Usage and diagnostic information: Information about app launches and interactions, crashes, performance metrics such as startup times and network response times, and operating system, device, and app information is used to analyze usage, investigate issues, improve quality and performance, and maintain security. Advertising SDKs may also collect interaction and diagnostic information to provide, analyze, and improve their services.
- Inquiry information: Your inquiry, the email address you provide if you wish to receive a reply, and subsequent correspondence are used to respond to and handle your inquiry. We use Google Forms for our inquiry forms.
2. Advertising and Analytics Choices
The Service uses Google AdMob to display ads. Subject to the required permissions and consent, advertising services may link information with data obtained from other companies' apps and websites to serve ads and measure advertising effectiveness.
Starting with version 9.0.0, consent forms for advertising and related purposes are displayed depending on your region, device, previous choices, and other applicable conditions. When a privacy options entry point is required, an advertising privacy settings button is displayed in the app's advanced settings.
On iOS, we request permission through App Tracking Transparency when tracking authorization is required. You can change this permission in your device settings. You can use the Service without allowing tracking, although the ads shown and their availability may differ.
Google Analytics for Firebase is used to analyze app usage. Starting with version 9.0.0, collection is controlled according to the consent management result. Collection is disabled when consent is denied in regions where that consent applies. Usage analytics is enabled outside the regions covered by this consent management. Analytics advertising storage, use of user data for advertising, and ad personalization are configured as disabled.
Advertising and Analytics consent settings do not disable all data processing. Authentication, purchase management, fraud prevention, and crash and performance diagnostics through Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring are handled separately for their respective purposes.
3. Voluntarily Submitted Diagnostic Logs
The Service records diagnostic logs on your device to help investigate issues. These logs include processing status, timestamps, and error codes. You can export these logs as a file and choose where to save or share it. They are not automatically sent to us.
Diagnostic logs submitted to us are used only to respond to inquiries, investigate issues, and improve quality. We delete them after completing the work related to the reported issue or request. If received as email attachments, the attachments are also deleted. These logs are separate from crash and performance information automatically transmitted by third-party SDKs.
4. Third-Party Services and Information Sharing
The Service uses the third-party services listed below. The services used vary depending on your operating system, features, and settings. Information needed to provide their functionality is transmitted to these services. Information is handled in accordance with required permissions and consent, and applicable laws.

5. Retention and Deletion
- You can manage books, items, and other content stored on your device using the app's deletion features and other available controls. Deleting data from your device does not necessarily delete externally stored backups or previously exported files.
- Retention and deletion of information related to backups, authentication, purchase management, analytics, and diagnostics depend on the features used, the settings, specifications, and policies of the relevant third-party services, and applicable laws. To request deletion of information we manage, please contact us using the method described below.
- Inquiry contents, reply email addresses, and email correspondence are retained after an inquiry has been resolved. We do not currently set a fixed retention period for this information. You may request deletion using the contact method below.

When handling deletion or similar requests, we may ask you to identify the relevant information and provide details needed to verify your identity.
